Job Summary
Steveston Health Collective is a highly reputable multidisciplinary clinic in southwest Richmond. We are seeking a high level Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. This role requires a professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients.
As some of our team work in cancer care, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and scar training is encouraged but not required. Another area of focus in our clinic would include prenatal massage.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury treatment techniques
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of massage equipment and treatment areas
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all licensing and regulatory standards
- Promote wellness services to clients and assist with appointment scheduling as needed

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatment plans and addressing client concerns
- Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate empathy towards clients’ needs
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing learning in the field of massage therapy
Candidates must hold valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in BC.
Pay: $100.00-$120.00 per hour
