Our historic barn, built in 1923, has been beautifully renovated to host unforgettable weddings and events for up to 150 guests. We pride ourselves on providing a unique and seamless experience for couples, offering a beautiful backdrop for their special day, along with on-site accommodations.
About Fallowfield Estate: Our 2026 tent venue, set on 24 sprawling acres with incredible views and walking trails, provides a picturesque and elegant rural setting for weddings and events. We can accommodate up to 200 guests, ensuring a truly unique and seamless experience for every couple.
As both venues require couples to hire their own professional catering, we are looking for bartenders who can help with all the crucial aspects to ensure an exceptional day for our clients and their guests.
Job Summary: At Willowshore Group, our Event Operations Bartenders are integral to the success of weddings and private events hosted at both Crescent Hill Acres and Fallowfield Estate. This role demands an individual who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing outstanding service.
The primary responsibility is to uphold the highest standards of beverage service, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will seamlessly align all bar operations with the venue's distinctive rustic yet elegant aesthetic and our unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
● Execute all aspects of bar operations, including setup, service, and cleanup for weddings and private
events.
● Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are consistently clean, organized, and beautifully presented.
● Work collaboratively with the on-site event team and professional caterers to ensure seamless service.
● Assist with the setup and teardown of event decor, including centrepieces, signage, and other decorative elements.
● Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient beverage service to guests throughout the event.
● Maintain a professional and positive demeanour, representing the Willowshore Group with grace and professionalism.
Who You Are
● An exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual.
● Experienced in high-volume bartending, preferably in a wedding or event setting.
● Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
● Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
● Willing to assist with a variety of tasks beyond the bar, including decor setup and teardown.
● Passionate about creating beautiful, memorable experiences for couples and their guests.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience, preferably within a wedding venue, hospitality, or specialty events setting.
● Strong understanding of beverage service, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
● Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● Ability to remain calm under pressure.
● Knowledge of provincial liquor laws and responsible alcohol service (Smart Serve certification).
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
● A passion for creating exceptional experiences for clients and their guests.
Things that are great to have:
■ Experience with Square Software
Job Requirements:
● A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation. All our venues and offices are not near public transportation.
● Smart Serve Certification.
Compensation & Hours: Varies depending on event type. Wage is $20.00/hr plus tips.
