Primary Job Function:
The Shipper/Receiver performs all functions related to physically shipping and receiving as well as general warehouse and shop duties. You will timely and accurately receive, inspect, inventory, document, store, pick and ship out goods.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
1. Shipping and receiving of goods.
a. 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs occasionally, generate waybills, freight quotes, and physical load / unload trucks.
b. Creating receiving transactions in company software
2. Maintaining a neat, organization warehouse and inventory. Which may include breaking up and / or building pallets, garbage / recycling put away and snow shoveling.
3. Support service department with shop and equipment cleaning.
Required Skills
· Attentions to detail – ensure shipments are accurate and complete.
· Software – Microsoft Office Suit, online shipping portals, MS- Dynamics Great Plaines.
· Forklift Operator Certificate
· Operate an overhead crane
Required Experience
· Worked in a warehouse environment for min 3 years with direct shipping and receiving responsibilities.
· Experience working within an ERP/accounting system to perform receiving transactions.

Required Results
Shipping and Receiving duties are done promptly and appropriately prioritized with other duties. Urgent orders/request may arise at any moment resulting in changing of priorities and at time working outside of standard working hours. The warehouse is maintained neat and organization with inventory stored in correct position so that in situation you are not available anyone else can easily locate goods.
You work seamlessly with other staff members and departments to meet common objectives.

Warehouse is kept neat and tidy with all product’ put away in correct storage bin before end of every day. When there’s urgent customer requirements you, and the rest of the team, work in whatever capacity is required to satisfy customers.
