Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and sell technology products, ensuring customers are informed about features and benefits.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for technology and the ability to convey information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

- You see a customer slip merchandise into their pocket, are you comfortable walking up to them and asking for our stolen product back and then asking them to leave the store immediately ?
- Are you comfortable asking to see someone's Photo ID to verify age and if they do not have Photo ID they can't shop in-store without it, Are you comfortable asking ask Customers to leave their bags and large purses behind the counter for safe keeping ? (As we have a bag policy)
