We are looking for an order and data entry clerk to join our winning team. This is a great role for those who thrive in high-speed environments, delight in critical problem solving, and are armed with fast fingers and eagle eye attention to detail.
As a service specialist, you play an important role in developing strong, positive relationships with CanPrev. You understand that customer satisfaction involves ensuring the entire value chain operates in a smooth and efficient fashion.

- Delivering great inbound customer experiences with our professional, retail and consumer customers, whether it is over the phone, online or through email
- Entering orders into our ERP system
- Working closely with shipping and fulfillment teams to get orders efficiently and accurately processed

- Must be tech savvy and able to learn and work in a variety of IT systems
