The Senior Manager, Finance leads the annual budget process by setting targets with business partners and aligning divisional goals based on market dynamics and historical performance. This role manages P&L results through monthly forecasts and business reviews, proactively analyzing trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending plans to achieve financial targets. The role also leads the long-range planning process by creating operational strategies based on trends and planned changes. The Senior Manager, Finance partners with the business to identify enablers for goal achievement and develops alternatives to address risks or gaps. This position supports strategic projects, providing ROI analysis and prioritizing investments based on strategic importance. Process improvement is a key responsibility, and the Senior Manager, Finance identifies and implements enhancements across financial systems and processes. This position recruits, trains, and mentors a team, driving engagement by valuing associates, listening to concerns, recognizing accomplishments, and providing growth opportunities. Furthermore, the Senior Manager, Finance collaborates with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity in execution. This role may also involve managing relationships with external partners and overseeing financial aspects of real estate projects, including financial modeling and capital expenditure strategies. The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
