Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of work sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures or components
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic tools and machinery as trained and authorized
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or manual labour roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites is advantageous
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
