The hourly wage rate for this position is $24. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The Hospitality Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Hospitality Services by ensuring administrative accuracy, operational readiness, staffing coordination, and effective communication between management and service teams. This position supports both front-of-house operations and back-end administrative functions to maintain seamless daily execution.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Review and verify all consumption sheets from the previous night to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper submission. Follow up with the appropriate team members regarding any discrepancies or missing information.
- Update the daily consumption lists for breakfast, AM breaks, lunches, receptions, and other hospitality functions as required.
- Create and prepare all food labels required for the following day’s events,
- Complete daily waste and diversion tracking reports. Ensure all information is recorded accurately and submitted on time, with reasoning if it is high.
- Deliver operational support on the floor through active supervision of daily activities to maintain efficient and seamless operations.
- Prepare and organize operational packages for managers to ensure readiness for daily functions and meetings.
- Prepare server packages and operational details for the following day.
- Maintain and update the server daily with accurate staffing, events, and operational information to support clear communication across the team.
- Update and maintain the WPC and ELT boards to ensure all information remains current, organized, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Support overall hospitality operations by maintaining a professional, organized, and service-oriented work environment while assisting management with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
