Cool As A Moose is looking for passionate, enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our retail store in Niagara-On-The-Lake! Our Sales Associates set the tone for our customer experience while fostering our core values of Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect items.
- Process sales, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain knowledge of promotions, sales, and store policies.
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and inviting.
- Perform opening and closing duties of the store.
- Work as part of a team to create an exceptional shopping experience.
On your application, we'll be looking for the following qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
- A team player with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to safely lift 30 lbs and move throughout the sales floor.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Previous experience working on a retail sales floor is an asset.
- Proficiency with a cash register and handling cash transactions is an asset.
