Location: Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver
Q-Line Logistics is looking for a driven Key Account Representative to develop new business and grow long-term customer relationships.
This role is focused on building and managing your own book of business. You’ll prospect for new customers, understand their transportation needs, develop solutions, and continue growing the relationship after the sale.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new customers.

Lead discovery conversations and identify customer needs.

Build and present transportation and logistics solutions.

Negotiate and close profitable opportunities.

Grow existing accounts through strong relationships and added services.

Manage your pipeline and activity in HubSpot.

Work closely with Operations to support service delivery.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission based on new business, account growth, and overall performance.

Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain experience is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
