Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our employment agency. In this role, you will support marketing initiatives that attract job seekers, engage employers, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Identify and research potential client companies that require recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate new business leads through email campaigns, cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the agency's recruitment solutions.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
- Manage the company's social media and online presence to increase brand awareness.
- Attend networking events, job fairs, and business events to promote the agency.
- Track sales and marketing activities using CRM software and prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand client hiring needs and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation, client meetings, and new business acquisition.
