Project Manager – Roofing & Exteriors
Salary: $70,000-90k + per year (based on experience)
Superior Roofing Ltd. is one of Calgary’s fastest-growing roofing and exterior contractors, specializing in residential, commercial, restoration, and custom home projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of roofing or exterior project management experience.
- Proficiency with Xactimate is required.
- Experience with insurance restoration claims and estimating.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage roofing and exterior projects from start to finish.
- Prepare estimates and supplements using Xactimate.
- Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and schedules.
- Communicate with homeowners, builders, insurance adjusters, and project stakeholders.
- Perform site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Manage budgets, documentation, change orders, and project closeout.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout each project.
