Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical sales
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing
- Use strong communication skills to explain product details clearly and answer customer questions
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information and directing calls as needed
- Manage time efficiently to assist multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining quality service
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and product organization
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and retail operations is advantageous
- Basic understanding of upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
