Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Case Work Supervisor to oversee case management operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising case workers, managing program activities, and ensuring the delivery of quality services to clients. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, administrative expertise, and a commitment to supporting both staff and clients effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and mentor a team of case workers, providing guidance and performance evaluations
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of case management programs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and funding guidelines
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with community partners and service providers to facilitate client access to resources
- Develop and maintain documentation related to case files, service plans, and progress reports
- Conduct staff training sessions on best practices, policies, and procedures
- Monitor client progress and intervene as necessary to address challenges or barriers
- Facilitate team meetings to promote communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in a social services or related environment
- Strong administrative skills with experience in program management and budgeting
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment
- Knowledge of community resources, social service programs, and relevant legal regulations
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality
Pay: $88,000.00-$112,394.17 per year
