What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally.
- Build relationships through phone, text, email, and social media.
- Create engaging vehicle walk-around videos and customer delivery videos.
- Produce fresh content daily for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Showcase new arrivals, promotions, customer testimonials, and dealership events.
- Build your own personal brand while helping grow the Westcastle brand.
- Follow up relentlessly with internet leads until they become customers.
- Maintain an organized CRM with exceptional follow-up.
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure every online inquiry receives world-class service.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and bring fresh marketing ideas to the table.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is comfortable on camera and enjoys creating video content.
- Has a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Knows how to write engaging posts and captions.
- Understands lead management and the importance of speed to lead.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is highly organized and self-motivated.
- Loves technology and learning new digital tools.
- Can work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Has sales experience (automotive experience is an asset but not required).
