Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front of House staff to join our team. As a FOH staff, you will be responsible for hosting and serving guests, as well as preparing high-end beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- representing Bernadette's restaurant at your best
- hosting and seating guests, while educating them on our restaurant, story and menu
- take orders and serve guests, while anticipating guests' needs
- adhere to all rules of service, providing the highest quality of service and attention to detail- make drinks, syrups and garnishes, following recipes and direction- consulting guests on the food menu, wine menu, ingredients and other items
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized area of service
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Open and flexible availability is preferred
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is must
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations, AGLC rules
- ProServe Certification is expected
- Experience within a Fine dining setting is preferred

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
