Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tandem or tridem hydrovac trucks for daylighting, trenching, slot trenching, drill support and debris removal
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, routine maintenance checks, and keep equipment clean and organized
- Complete required paperwork accurately (job tickets, safety forms, etc.)
- Communicate with dispatch, clients, and team members on job sites
- Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and OH&S standards
Requirements
✅ Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with clean abstract
✅ Previous hydrovac or vacuum truck experience required (willing to swampers with experience)
✅ Safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid, CSTS, Ground Disturbance (asset, but can assist in obtaining)
✅ Ability to work long hours, weekends, and out of town as required
✅ Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety
