2+ years of in-home or direct sales closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or similar home-improvement vertical)
A track record of closing on the first appointment, not the third
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle — willing to travel within city and surrounding area
Comfortable with CRM or digital contract tools (training provided if not)
100% commission, uncapped — top closers earn $100,000–$200,000+/year
