Position Overview:
We are currently seeking one dedicated Mobile Security Supervisor to join our Day team. This is a full-time role with a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mobile patrols and ensure the security of assigned sites.
- Lead and mentor security personnel, fostering a proactive and professional team environment.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Maintain clear and detailed reports, demonstrating strong communication and writing skills.
- Administer scheduling and oversee operational logistics as required.
Requirements:
- Valid Manitoba Security License.
- Class 5 Driver’s License (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of mobile security experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Certification in Use of Force, CPR, and First-Aid.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative and scheduling experience is an asset.
- Passion for security, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
