We are seeking a highly motivated, sales and customer service driven individual to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role focuses on leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties while building long-term client relationships and generating new business opportunities. This is a performance-driven position with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business through structured training and mentorship while building your own book of business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (owners, investors, tenants)
- Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct property showings, market tours, and client presentations
- Prepare proposals, financial analyses, and marketing materials
- Negotiate offers, lease terms, and contracts on behalf of clients
- Manage negotiations, deal workflows, and collaborate across markets
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of active deals and prospects
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with brokers, lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Manage listings, CRM systems, and transaction processes
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license (required in your province, e.g., Ontario)
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or business development (preferred)
- Real Estate Licence is an asset
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary
$30,000/year base salary plus commission potential up to $240,000 to be further detailed during the interview process.
Work Location
Working hours being 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. In office and conducting tours.
