Veterinary Clinic Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time with Beattie Pet Hospital – Stoney Creek, ON
Pay: CA$19.00 – CA$24.00 per hour

Whether you’re helping a nervous first-time puppy owner, supporting a worried client during an emergency, or celebrating a patient going home wagging their tail — every day here matters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, emails, and questions with confidence and compassion
- Scheduling appointments for our veterinary team
- Managing electronic medical records accurately and efficiently
- Processing invoices and payments
- Keeping the reception area welcoming, clean, and organized
- Supporting a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and compassionate in emotional or challenging situations
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Veterinary experience or knowledge of veterinary terminology is considered a strong asset
- Bonus points if you can identify at least three dog breeds before coffee
