Full-Time Store Administrator – Visions Electronics (Faithfull Ave)
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced retail environment? Visions Electronics is hiring a Store Administrator to join our team full-time. This is a full time position with room to grow your career in a leading Canadian electronics retailer.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle daily administrative operations and support the Store Manager
- Consolidate account receivables and manage inventory
- Process financing and service transactions
- Perform daily cash-out reconciliation and month-end reporting
- Enforce store policies and maintain smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service when needed
- Work occasional weekends for special events
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
