Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This full-time or part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their administrative and customer service skills within a professional office environment. Duties
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with filing, document management, and maintaining organized records
- Support client services by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer support
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic invoicing and record keeping for financial transactions
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote productivity and professionalism
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management
- Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clerical experience or administrative background is a plus, especially in medical or dental office settings
- Ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain high-quality work standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing, and general office procedures is desirable
