Are you a proactive, organized HR & Recruiting Professional that has worked in the call centre industry?Then come join our growing company!. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in recruitment, employee relations, documentation, payroll tracking, and performance management.
In business for two decades, we provide third party call centre services for companies in the healthcare, wellness, pharmacy, IT, and professional industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and employee file setup
- Proactively recruit and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future campaigns
- Oversee employee relations by addressing employee concerns, supporting management, and helping maintain a positive workplace environment
- Maintain accurate internal employee records, including contracts, onboarding documents, policy acknowledgements, performance notes, warnings, and HR documentation
- Coordinate time and attendance tracking, including reviewing timesheets, tracking absences, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy
- Track vacation, sick days, attendance, schedule changes, and other employee-related updates
- Assist with payroll tracking, including hours, vacation pay, absences, employment changes, and required payroll updates
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching documentation, corrective action, and progress tracking
- Participate in the development and communication of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and training programs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in HR and recruitment
- Strong experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Experience tracking attendance, vacation, payroll-related information, and employee records
- Comfortable supporting employee performance matters, coaching documentation, and corrective action
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards and workplace best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a call centre environment
- CHRP designation or working toward it is considered an asset, but not required

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
