A. Ingram Services is hiring finish asphalt roller operators for the 2026 paving season.
PRIORITIZING CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE, A DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND A CLEAN ABSTRACT RECORD IS MANDATORY. PHONE MANDATORY
Some responsibilities may include: operate roller, water and tack truck, drive 1 ton truck and trailer to various site, loading and unloading equipment and tools, prep work, clean up, flagging, spray or brush tack oil, finished product quality control, drainage, assist with grades using level or laser, follow safety program and safe work procedures, safety documentation and reporting including hazard assessment etc., wear all required PPE, and work efficiently with a team.
This position requires valid drivers license class 3 or 5, class 3 with Q airbrakes is a huge asset. Must have knowledge of asphalt installation and experience on an asphalt crew. Apply through email please.
