The Maintenance team is responsible for all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds, mechanical equipment, guestrooms and utility systems are maintained in excellent condition. Accountable for preventative and routine maintenance.
ACTIVITIES:
The duties of the Maintenance Helper include, but are not limited to the following:
- Grounds work Ie weeding, gardening, sweeping, garbage and shoveling outside
- Ac filter cleaning
- Smoke alarm testing
- Fire Extinguisher sheet sign offs
- Various small tasks to help the Maintenance Manager
