The City of Delta is looking for creative and enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in ice skating, and passion for teaching children. A background in ice skating instruction or coaching is preferred. You will be responsible for planning and teaching ice skating lessons, as well as completing ice skating evaluations, providing equipment and outstanding customer service. The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work at several of Delta’s recreation facilities.
You may be the person we are looking for if you have:

Ice skating instruction or coaching experience

Outstanding customer service skills in dealing with varied age groups

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a culturally diverse community setting

Demonstrated effective communication skills

Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certification
The City of Delta provides a competitive salary of $26.00 - $30.00 per hour + 12% in lieu of vacation, public holidays and benefits. Interested applicants are requested to apply by July 31, 2026.
