What you will do
Client Engagement & Hospitality
- Warmly welcome all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and attended to upon arrival.
- Manage waiting areas, maintaining a comfortable and organized environment.
- Offer refreshments and provide thoughtful, tailored hospitality.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, coordinating efficiently with the sales team.
- Sales Floor & Operational Support
- Assist with gift wrapping and product presentation, enhancing the luxury shopping experience.
- Securely facilitate the movement of products between the sales floor and vault.
- Support cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized wrapping station and hospitality area, ensuring all supplies are well stocked.
- Communicate effectively with the sales and leadership teams to address client needs promptly
- Support opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdowns.
- Assist with special projects and operational needs as required.
Experience preferred: Flexibility & Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with availability on weekends and holidays
Your Profile
- Previous Experience – Prior experience in a luxury retail or hospitality host role is preferred.
- Exceptional Communication – Ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele professionally.
- Attention to Detail – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining service excellence.
- Polished Professionalism – Well-groomed appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Luxury Hospitality Experience – Background in high-end hospitality, retail, or fine dining, with expertise in table etiquette, beverage service, and gift wrapping.
- Customer-centric mindset – Passionate about proactively delivering flawless, personalized service.
- Operational Efficiency – Strong multi-tasking skills, seamlessly balancing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Luxury Brand Awareness – Knowledge of luxury retail, fashion trends, and high-end clientele expectations is preferred
Pay: $22.50 per hour
