Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station, adhering to health and safety standards
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment
- Receive, inspect, and store deliveries promptly and accurately
- Ensure cooking stations are well stocked with necessary supplies
- Prepare and serve menu items with precision, following recipe standards
- Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed daily
- Ring in orders, and follow cash handling guidelines
- Ensure waste is being documented
Requirements:
· Maintain a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends
· Previous experiences with making specialty beverages and working as a line cook
· Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
· Ensure the quality of ingredients and maintain the condition of cooking equipment
· Understanding of best cooking practices
· Possession of a Food Safe Certification
· Additional responsibilities as delegated

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
