Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining scrap recycling, road maintenance and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally.

What you will do:
Assembles mechanical, hydraulic and other electrical products
Assembles products to drawing and schematic specifications
Consistently delivers quality workmanship
Performs area and equipment maintenance and cleaning
Provides on the job training as required

Your qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position
Certification in Heavy Duty Mechanic, Hydraulic Technician, Millwright, is preferred
Experience with schematics
Welding experience would be an asset

General knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems
Communication skills to read, write, listen, and speak in a clear and concise manner to individuals at various levels
Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination skills to perform tasks
Problem solving and analytical skills to identify problems and find a solution, or seek advice from the supervisor
Attentive to details to increase operational efficiency
Mechanically inclined to complete troubleshooting and repair tasks
