Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager specializing in Architectural Millwork to join our team in Canada. Based in our facility, this role is vital in coordinating projects that deliver exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Your contributions will help uphold our mission of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of millwork projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with customers, architects, designers, suppliers, and production staff.
- Track project schedules, material deliveries, and installation timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking.
- Support site visits and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination, project management, construction, cabinetry, or architectural millwork is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
