Payroll Supervisor
Seven Oaks School Division, situated in Winnipeg’s Northwest corner, is seeking a caring, knowledgeable, community and service-oriented individual who can see opportunities when there are challenges. The Division has an operating budget of $210 million and has 28 schools with a student population of approximately 12,500.
As a member of the Secretary-Treasurers’ Team you will lead the payroll and payroll-related accounting activities of the Division. The successful candidate must have progressively relevant business experience, and a PCP designation is preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated strengths and experience in payroll and all payroll-related accounting processes, benefits administration, internal control and policy functions, analytical activities, assisting in preparation of budgets, and mainframe financial management (experience using CIMS would be an asset) and financial technology, and employee supervision. The current salary range is $74,855.43 to $95,591.19 with a comprehensive benefits plan.
