Due to rapid growth, we are actively looking for experienced, motivated and dependable candidates to fill the position of Winter Maintenance Supervisor. As a Winter Maintenance Supervisor with Peel Exterior Maintenance Inc., you’ll oversee crews of 3-4 technicians, managing your schedule and your crew under little supervision. Ideal candidates will be strong leaders who are keen to learn and advance, and who know when to have a laugh and when to get down to work.

- Job Duties:
- Oversee the overall management of the division reporting to operations manager with the daily focus on Operations, Production, Customer Service.
- Quality Control and Reporting.
- Develop, oversee, monitor, and report on client sites.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, Government Regulations, and Peel Landscape Depot standards.
- Supervise, manage, schedule and evaluate staff members.
- Ensure that all staff members are provided with and receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively.
- Managing and updating our processes and systems.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer service, satisfaction, and experience.
Requirements/Qualifications:What Other Companies Call This Role:Apply to:
- 5+ years as a supervisor in the winter maintenance .
- Horticulture, Construction Management Diploma, Certification or equivalent work experience.
- Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team.
- Strong knowledge of Winter operations and maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
- Desire and ability to grow a business, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
