Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including building riser replacements and fixture installs
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for installation and repair tasks.
- Complete service requests in residents apartments
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete unit turnovers as directed by the facilities manager
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing all plumbing duties.
Experience
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
- Ability to work in various environments, including residential homes and commercial buildings.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm daily
The position will predominantly be working at the Burlington properties but the position will also require occasional travel to the Toronto and Oakville sites.
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
