We're looking for a warm, friendly and sociable individual to join the front office staff team for Anytime Fitness University Heights in Saskatoon. This is a part-time position, with opportunity to pick up shifts at our 2 other locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and providing information to help improve the customer experience. We're looking for a professional individual who is a strong communicator and capable of interacting in a friendly manner with customers. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to multi-task in a high-energy setting.
- We are hiring specifically for Saturdays and Sundays, with possibly 1 or 2 evening shifts between Monday-Thursday. If you are not available for weekends, please do not apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls or walk-in inquiries about the club.
- Provide tours of the facility and present the membership options to prospects.
- Help with account/membership management questions as they arise.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the club and complete regular checks of gym area, bathrooms and offices.
- Interact with members in a positive way to create a strong community and club culture.
- Make Anytime Fitness the best place it can be!
This is position pays a base wage as well as commission on membership sales.
