Permanent Lighting Installer / Crew Lead
Location: Edmonton and surrounding areas
Overview
Accent LED Lighting is looking for a reliable, hardworking installer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working on residential and commercial properties throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, using basic tools, working from ladders, and helping complete clean, professional lighting installations.
Experience with permanent lighting is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
This position may be a good fit for someone with experience in construction, roofing, siding, landscaping, general labour, or other hands-on trades.
There is also an opportunity for the right person to take on more responsibility and grow into a crew lead role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of permanent exterior LED lighting
- Install aluminum track and lighting components
- Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and secure materials
- Work safely from ladders and at heights
- Help run and organize low-voltage wiring
- Use common hand and power tools
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow instructions and installation layouts
- Occasionally read simple diagrams or schematics
- Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing materials
- Work with the installation team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
For candidates with more experience, responsibilities may also include leading a small installation crew, organizing materials, communicating with customers on site, and ensuring jobs are completed to Accent LED Lighting standards.

- Roofing, siding, electrical, low-voltage, or lighting experience is an asset but not required
- Leadership or crew lead experience is an asset

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
