Job Requirements:
A positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn
Minimum 5+ year experience with building maintenance, construction and/or renovations
Must be physically fit, able to lift and carry loads exceeding 25lbs
. Excellent communication skills; understand both oral and written instructions in English.
Able to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance as this position requires frequent interaction with the public and other team members.
You have:
- Valid G drivers license.
- Own transportation required
- Hand tools are an assist
