Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide detailed analysis of customer needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Engage in upselling and sales efforts by identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels

- Bilingual fluency in English
