About the Role
In this position, you will ensure controlled site access, monitor activity, and maintain a visible deterrent presence. Duties include monitoring CCTV systems, conducting interior and exterior patrols (including uneven terrain), completing accurate reports and electronic logs, and communicating professionally with contractors, and site personnel while adhering to all safety and security protocols.

What You Bring
- Valid Alberta Security License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver’s License, Class 5
- Ability to work independently in remote or industrial environments
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Above-average computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Experience in industrial, gatehouse, or logistics environments is an asset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform extended patrols (interior and exterior) on foot
- Ability to navigate uneven terrain safely
- Capable of working 11-hour night shifts
Working Conditions
- Thursday, Friday, and Sunday Nights, 19:00-06:00
- Combination of monitoring and active foot patrols
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions in all weather
