Support Staff are comprised of Parking, Custodial, Fright Attendants (Customer Service Representatives), Ticketing, etc. Whether you’re managing ticketing, directing traffic, ensuring a clean environment, or acting as a friendly face for our guests, you are the heartbeat of the visitor experience. As one of the first people our guests encounter, you play a vital role in setting the tone for a fantastic night. Join us for a fun, fast-paced season and help make Deadmonton the event of the year!
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Act as a helpful guide and information resource to ensure every guest has a seamless visit.
- Operational Flow: Efficiently manage ticketing, scanning, and lineups to keep things moving.
- Safety & Logistics: Monitor entrances/exits and direct traffic to maintain a safe, organized environment.
- Facility Care: Assist with general custodial duties to keep our grounds in top shape.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, welcoming demeanor is a must.
- Communication: Strong English proficiency and the ability to interact comfortably with crowds.
- Reliability: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility: You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- (Bonus: Previous customer service experience is a definite asset!)
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
