SilverLine Group Inc. is looking for dependable and hardworking General Labourers to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, working as part of a team, and supporting a variety of construction activities.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, maintain, and clean up construction sites
- Perform general labour including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as required
- Use hand and power tools under direction
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other general construction duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset
- Physically able to perform demanding work, including lifting and carrying
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including dust and noise
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow verbal instructions
- Able to communicate effectively and read/print in English
Requirements
- CSA-approved work boots required
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with ½-day Saturdays as required
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites is an asset
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
