Our position of Skilled Labourer is a position that encompasses basic carpentry work, working with power tools working around heavy equipment, and in various environments on the construction site, including working in the dirt and completing or assisting with supporting tasks on-site throughout the job. This position offers plenty of opportunities for personal development and continued growth in your experience in the field. Support other Sega workers on the construction site in order to ensure safe, effective and efficient operations of the task at hand for the company.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maneuvering material around the site.
- Organize supplies & assisting in moving of materials
- Assisting operators with and/or positioning of items and supplies around the site
- Basic Carpentry work and ability to complete tasks with power tools to assist and support the crew
- Assist with Traffic Control
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Bilingualism is an asset - English and French environment
- Previous construction experience and carpentry experience is an asset
- Ability to operate power tools
- Ability to lift heavy items, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time is required
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, time management and prioritization skills
- Proven ability as a team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable around heavy machinery
- Ability to work flexible hours and comfortable working in the dirt
- Ability to operate equipment; or heavier equipment is an asset
- ON Traffic Control (TCB7) Certification is an asset
