Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve dishes and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Process payments using POS system
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and management team
- Follow restaurant policies and food safety standards
- Provide menu guidance and answer guest questions confidently
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Food Handler certification is must
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Weekend availability required
