Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects while ensuring they align with organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement project strategies and ensure timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support the implementation of projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Conduct data analysis to inform project decisions and track progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Negotiate with vendors and team members to resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Maintain organized documentation related to project management processes using tools such as Project Server.
- Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Skills
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in project management principles, including requirements management and implementation strategies.
- Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organizational skills that ensure all aspects of projects are tracked and documented accurately.
- Effective negotiation skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Waterfall methodology as well as Agile practices is preferred.
- Experience with project management software tools, particularly Project Server, is a plus.
