The Backfit admin role is well suited to someone who values chiropractic, personal/professional growth, and is looking for a meaningful long-term position in a fast paced, supportive, and engaging environment. It further requires someone who is highly accountable, has strong communication skills, and an extraordinary eye for detail.
Our admin team is fundamental in helping patients optimize their quality of life.
This position is 35 hrs per week, Monday through Friday. Shifts can span early morning to early evening. This position will also require some extra hours to cover team-members when they are away.
Experience requirements:
- Master multi-tasker
- Excels in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Understands the importance of chiropractic care
- Has experience coordinating and facilitating appointments and schedules
- Takes initiative and works efficiently in a team setting
- Is proficient in resolving/troubleshooting stressful situations through coaching and feedback
- Works with confidence and positivity in a public setting
- Demonstrates a high proficiency with computers and computer programs
- All training done in house
