Our Global Services, Parts & Accessories (GSPA) department is looking for a brilliant Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in data analytics and metrics optimization. In our ongoing effort to support the Management Committee, we need a passionate individual who is comfortable with numbers, analysis and continuously looking to improve our data collection methods and analytic practices.
As an Analyst in GSPA, you will be part of our Sherbrooke team. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Planning, Governance and KPIs, you will be a crucial member to build and deliver our strategic insights.
Your innovative mind will be used to deploy Strategic Dashboards or operating insights to support a vast sector such as Distribution & Logistics, Planning & Forecasting, Network Development & Customer services. You will also be responsible for tracking KPIs and performing in-depth analyses on specific subjects and areas of focus.

YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Design, build, deliver and maintain world-class models and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
Remediate current on-premise reporting solutions to leverage best-in-class cloud capabilities
Support building process documentation and provide automation recommendations
Participate in business and executive meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations around reporting / BI solutions
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a straightforward manner that is understandable to developers and projects teams
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance)
3+ years business and data analyst experience
Working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology
Solid Excel skills, including advanced formulas and macros
Strong SQL literacy and understanding of database structures
Experience building reports in Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to connect the dots and tell stories using data
