As an Account Manager, National Warranty, you will play a key role in developing and growing your territory by acting as a trusted business partner to automobile dealerships and supporting them in increasing their warranty sales.

As an Account Manager, National Warranty, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing new accounts through active prospecting and identifying growth opportunities by implementing tailored action plans for each client.
- Planning and conducting regular dealership visits to build strong, long-lasting business relationships with owners, general managers, finance managers, and sales teams.
- Training sales and finance teams on our products, programs, and best practices, while introducing new offerings, promotions, and available tools.
- Supporting dealerships in growing their warranty sales to improve performance and warranty penetration.
- Delivering outstanding after-sales service, responding promptly to partner needs, and collaborating with internal teams to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Participating in various automotive industry events as required.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong prospecting, client development, and relationship-building skills.
- Stands out for their ability to quickly establish trust, along with excellent communication and training abilities.
- Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, effective priority management, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Is willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory to support activities related to the role, according to organizational needs.
- Is known for their team spirit, positive attitude, and strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Has an intermediate level of proficiency in both English and French, as the role requires weekly communication with unilingual English-speaking and French-speaking clients for business development, account management, training, and dealership support purposes.
