About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Sales Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team. In this dual-function role, you will generate accurate project estimates, win new business, and oversee project execution from contract to close. You will serve as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Estimating
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct site visits and scope assessments
- Develop and present competitive proposals to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and general contractors
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
Project Management
- Manage awarded projects from kickoff through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews
- Track budgets, schedules, and project milestones
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
- Resolve field issues and ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare change orders and manage project documentation
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management
- Strong understanding of commercial building systems, trades, and construction methods
- Proven track record of winning bids and delivering projects on time and on budget
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
