❗ Position Overview
We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role. You’ll play a key role in coordinating shipments, working with our in house to ensure smooth delivery execution.
No prior experience is required but is a welcomed asset and will be reflected in the salary offered — just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
❗ Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch freight shipments across Canada and the U.S.
- Perform track-and-trace duties and provide timely updates to customers
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation and confirmations
- Resolve service issues proactively and professionally
- Collaborate with other coordinators and departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish relationships with customs and carriers
❗ Qualifications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Proficiency with email, Excel, and basic computer functions
- Able to work on-site Monday–Friday at our Vaughan office
❗ Entry-level applicants are welcome — we provide full training and support. Logistics experience is helpful but not required.
- Education or coursework in logistics, business, or supply chain
- Previous roles in dispatch, customer service, or administration
- Familiarity with CRM or TMS platforms
