Johnston & Company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist.
What We Offer:
- More Long Weekends during Winter Months: Enjoy a flexible schedule where you work Monday to Friday one week and Monday to Thursday the following week, while receiving full pay for the second Friday off.
- More Sunshine during Summer Months: Benefit from an early finish at 4:00 PM instead of 5:00 PM, while still receiving full pay for the day.
- Salary based on experience and ranging between $17.84 to $27.13/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone
- Provide administrative support to our legal team
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a related role (reception, real estate, financial sector)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Manitoba Drivers License and access to a vehicle
